How many years in a row have you gone and set amazing goals and then proceeded to get to the end of the year when setting your new goals and been like what even were my goals for this year? Life gets in the way and we forget things so let’s break down a new way for you to make sure you achieve everything you want to in 2024. It’s not your regular goal setting, it’s cool goal setting.

At the start of each quarter I want you to start with a reflection of the previous quarter. You are basically doing an audit here:
✨ What was my main focus
✨ How did I go with my quarterly goals
✨ While having my focus on X how did I go at balancing Y
✨ How do I feel after that quarter / what do I need?
Then I want you to future plan:
✨ What are my 5 year goals?
✨ What do I need to do this quarter to get me a step closer to those goals?
✨ When am I going to do this work?
✨ What are my top priorities this quarter?
