I’m going to give you a scenario. It’s the start of January and we are all so excited to start our goals and then we realise. Oh. The goals that we set don’t just happen, there is a lot of hard moments every single day where we have to make choices that will get us either closer to or further away from our goals. And that’s not as easy as writing the goal down on paper and putting it on our vision board.

If you rely solely on motivation to get you moving, you will never reach your long term goals. If you rely on self discipline however, you will.

In today’s episode we are going to go through how to build self-discipline so that you can achieve your goals by showing up for yourself each day. So let’s get into it.
