100 // Celebrating Our 100th: This Is Your Sign To Pursue Your Dreams

Today marks the 100th episode of the @growtilyouglowpodcast 🥹

That means for the last 100 weeks a podcast has gone live every single Friday morning, rain, hail or shine.

I am feeling very emosh about this because the podcast was the thing that started everything for me.

It was the ‘I think I’m meant to be doing this’ thing that I leant into, that has now resulted in:
- building a business
- creating communities of likeminded women
- speaking in front of rooms of women that want to hear what I have to say

100 episodes ago (I had big hopes) but probably wouldn’t have believed you that I could do that.

I started this podcast after hitting the biggest low of my life. I was depressed, severely burnt out and knew that something serious needed to change in the way I went about my life.

So, I discovered self-development. I started doing the work, changing beliefs, talking to myself different, acting different, spending time with different people.

And I felt called to share my experience because doing the different thing and not accepting a ‘normal’ life, was HARD. I wanted to help other women feel less alone in the journey they were on. Whether they were challenging societal norms to stop hustling, whether they wanted to build a healthier relationship with their body, food and exercise, whether they had dreams they wanted to pursue but didn’t know how or were scared to see what might happen - I wanted to be there & show them they weren’t alone.

If I didn’t listen to that pull on my heart, I wouldn’t be sitting in the life I am today.

If I didn’t start the podcast, I wouldn’t be sitting in the life I am today.

Needless to say, I am so freaking proud of 2022 Georgia, that had no idea if anyone would listen or if anyone cared what she had to say, but did it anyway.

So take this episode as a sign to follow that pull on your heart. Lean into it, you have no idea how great life can be on the other side of it.
